Assembly

This sauna comes in parts and requires at least two adults for assembly.

Before assembling, make sure the surface in which the sauna will be placed on is level/dry and can support the weight of the sauna and its occupants. The entire floor panel of the sauna room must be completely level and well supported. We recommend a concrete base or wood deck to support the sauna.

Sauna Maintenance

For sauna models specifically designed to be outdoors, the wood can withstand the weather elements with proper maintenance. The outdoor model saunas were designed to be placed in the rain and sun. Please note that the natural weathering elements will change the color of the wood over time.

For sauna models placed directly in the weather elements, you will have some water seepage. The water seepage will not damage the sauna and usually dries quickly when the sauna is in operation.

Shipping

Shipping estimate is 5-10 business days. Shipping will be curbside delivery by large semi or box truck. For delivery you’ll receive two phone calls, one prior to shipping from Plunge Junkies to verify your shipping information and another from the delivery company to schedule a delivery time.

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. We can only hold shipment until you are certain someone will be available to take shipment. The shipment carriers do not deliver on Weekends or Holidays.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses.

Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as:

• Seller is in receipt of the goods
• Seller has inspected the goods
• Seller has found the goods to be free of damage.

All refunds will be provided within 7 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees

All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna as well as all shipping costs to and from. Additional charges may apply.

5 Year Limited Warranty For Sauna

Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase.

This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.
