Shipping Estimate 5-10 days

Your Dynamic Cold Plunge will ship out of the warehouse within the next 2 business days. You will be receiving the tracking information once the sauna leaves our warehouse.

The freight carrier will call to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4 hour window and every effort will be made to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping.

The Dynamic Cold Plunge will be delivered in crates of or boxes on pallets. Dynamic Cold Plunge are delivered in a 53ft semi-truck. The single driver will unload the crate or pallet ONLY to your curbside or end of your driveway.

Once the driver has unloaded the create or pallet, we ask that you immediately inspect for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the crate or boxes to inspect the Dynamic Cold Plunge. Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts).

Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses.

Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as:

• Seller is in receipt of the goods
• Seller has inspected the goods
• Seller has found the goods to be free of damage.

All refunds will be provided within 7 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Shipping, Handling, and Restocking Fees

All canceled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for the chiller as well as all shipping costs to and from. Additional charges may apply.
