Shipping

Most orders are processed within 12-24 hours. Orders can be shipped from Monday to Friday! Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends. Some shipping and delivery delays can occasionally occur. Typical packages arrive in 3-12 business days.

Products from are shipped from either a Washington or Florida warehouse.

When additional shipping charges occur, the customer may be responsible for these charges. A representative will reach out to you with the additional cost. If unable to pay, the order may be canceled

Once a tracking number is provided, the item is considered shipped even if it has not yet left our warehouse, and the order can no longer be cancelled. Our packages are put on pallets and given to our shipping partners in bulk, which would require us to disassemble the pallet and try to locate your individual package among hundreds. Cancelling a single order from a pallet would extensively impact our shipping workflow and would unfairly delay the shipments of other customers. If you wish to cancel an order after it has shipped, you may refuse the package and request the courier to return to sender by contacting them with your tracking number once it gets scanned in by their drivers or sorting depot.

30-Days Guarantee

Aleko’s 30-day guarantee are as follows:

Received Damaged or Defective Product: Not to worry we will work with you to provide a solution.
- To assist us, the customers must provide photos or videos outlining the issue.
- WE will provide the customer with any replacement parts/units needed for a complete operational product along with detailed technical support.
  - Replacement parts are transported via ground service within 48 hours of processing with a 3-5 business days delivery time.
- If the above solution is unsatisfactory, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to ALEKO at their expense but with no restocking fee!
- If ALEKO is not able to provide the replacement parts needed, you will be eligible for a new unit, full refund, or store credit.
Buyer’s Remorse Purchases: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all products not returned in their original condition.

We are happy to be able to offer refunds/exchanges for only the first 30 days from purchase.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

In the case of a product failure due to defective material or manufacturer workmanship within the allotted warranty from the date of receiving the item, the product will be replaced (at our option) at no charge to the customer. ALEKO does not cover any weather damages to your products including: Rain, Sun, Snow, Storms, Tornados, Thunder, and Strong Wind.

Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase.

According to our policy we can only honor warranties with the original buyer of a the product. If a product has been sold and has changed ownership, we are unable to extend the warranty to the new owner.
