SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Return Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

  • Please contact [email protected] with questions or to initiate a return within 30 days of the order date.
  • You can return the product for a refund, less restocking fees, within 30 days of delivery. Please note a restocking fee of 10% applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging, it will NOT be accepted.

Domestic (US Customers) Return Process:

  • Upon delivery of your plunge, you will be asked to sign for receipt. Please ensure you inspect the unit in full prior to signing. If the unit is damaged upon receiving, please note this with your delivery driver AND send us an email within 24 hours. We will assist in making a claim with the carrier to ensure the issue is resolved.
  • The unit must be in original, working condition to receive a full refund; otherwise, partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of The Cold Life LLC.
