SPECIAL USE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. When the ambient temperature will be 32°F or below, customers should turn the chiller off and drain it prior to freezing temps. If water freezes inside the chiller, it will break.
2. Customers should not set the temperature below 37°F. Water at the cooling coils will be colder than the set point. Setting the temperature below 37°F has the potential of forming ice inside the chiller.
3. Customers should not use a timer. The chillers are designed for having the temperature set and then being left to adjust. It is completely okay for them to change the set temperature if the chiller has multiple users.

Current Lead Times are 3 – 5 business days. We provide free shipping costs for the continental United States. Penguin Chillers also ships directly to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada for an additional charge (Contact us for accurate quotes).

Cancelation Policy

For Penguin Chiller products, please note any orders canceled within their lead time, prior to shipping, will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee.

Return Policy

All purchases are final unless the product arrives significantly damaged due to shipping errors. Exceptions are if your product arrives with significant shipping damage, please let us know right away. We’re here to help. Once a purchase is authorized, we typically can’t process refunds. We appreciate your understanding in refraining from chargebacks on authorized purchases. If you have concerns, we’re always happy to discuss them.

Warranty Shipping Information
Shipping costs during a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer requests, we can assist them in getting a discounted return shipping label through our shipping contacts. However the customer is responsible for cost of this discounted shipping label. Because the customer assumes all risks for loss or damage during return shipment, we require all packages being shipped back to us be INSURED and properly packaged for safe transport. If your warranty claim is approved, Penguin Chillers will repair or replace the chiller at our discretion. We will then properly package and return ship the chiller back to you at no additional cost within the continental 48 states. Surcharges may apply if shipping outside of the continental 48 states.

The High-Efficiency (HE) models feature an enhanced coil, larger than the standard models. This increase in coil size expands the surface area and the duration of contact with water, leading to improved cooling efficiency.
