Delivery Timeframes

All shipments originate from our Minnesota warehouse.

Failed Or Missing Deliveries

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or absence of the recipient, or if the recipient refuses the package, it will be returned to ZenWave Wellness. Reshipment is at the customer’s expense.

Items Marked As Delivered But Not Received

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the carrier. For this reason, we advise having your packages sent to a secure location. If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check your mailbox, ask your neighbors, contact your local post office, or get in touch with the delivery service.

Tracking And Delivery Estimates

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, typically within 1-3 business days after placing your order. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for a ZenWave Ice Pod, you can do so anytime before the product has shipped, typically within 1-2 business days. Once the product has shipped, you will need to wait for its arrival and return it unopened for a refund.

Return/Refund Policy

We offer a 100-day return policy from the date your ZenWave Ice Pod ships. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging with all parts included. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, but there is no restocking fee, and a full refund will be provided.

Note: We do not accept returns for ZenWave Ice Pods or accessories that have been in contact with water or used. You may unpack the ZenWave Ice Pod, sit in it without water to assess fit and quality. If you decide to return it, contact our customer support at [email protected]  for return instructions.

6 Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty

We stand behind the quality and durability of the ZenWave Ice Pod with a comprehensive 6 month Limited Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of six months. Specifically, it includes coverage for the structural integrity, waterproofing, and overall durability of the tub.

Our warranty excludes damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or repairs, damage due to extreme weather conditions or misuse, and cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the tub.

• Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of the original purchase (order number, invoice, or email use to purchase).
• Photo of warranty issue: Photo or video of product
