Return Policy

30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

Any Therasage brand product may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund, less shipping.

To receive your refund, please follow the instructions below:

Ship in Original Box
Include the original receipt with the date of purchase
The product must be received in “like new” condition
Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
Ship with signature confirmation to the address below
a 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns that do not meet the above specifications.

If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 weeks (from the date the package is received).

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Shipped” stage. Once it has entered the Shipped stage, the order may not be canceled.
