Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
- Model 2 Units are delivered within 10-14 business days.
- The units are highly protected during transit in a wooden palletized crate. The shipping company will give you a call to schedule a delivery appointment.
- When the freight company arrives, they will place the Model 2 “curbside”. Each freight carrier has a different definition of what they mean by curbside – from a liability perspective they unfortunately are not able to place it in your backyard where you want it. Please reach out to us if you need guidance with getting the cold plunge in place.
Cancellations
- Cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped from Aquavoss warehouses will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations for orders that have already been shipped from Aquavoss warehouses and are already in transit to your specified shipping address will incur a 30% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping costs.
Returns
- Returns for orders that are unopened and still in the manufacturer’s original packaging without defect are acceptable within 30 days of purchasing and will incur a 30% restocking fee in addition to return shipping costs.
- Sales are final for all orders in which the original manufacturer’s packaging has been opened or tampered with in any manner. Any order which has been opened or removed from its original packaging will be considered final and non-returnable.

Warranty
Aquavoss offers a 1-year limited warranty on parts for all their cold plunge models. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. The warranty begins from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner only.
Warranty Exclusions
Please note that the Aquavoss warranty does not cover labor costs associated with repairs or replacements. It also does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other factors beyond normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
