Free freight, and we mean free

Every cold plunge and sauna ships freeto any address in the 48 contiguous states. No minimum, no “handling fee” bolted on at checkout — freight is baked into the price. Chillers, accessories, and small parts ship parcel at the rate shown at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada we quote separately (LTL to those spots runs $800–$2,400) — we'd rather quote it than bury it in the sticker.

How your order gets to you

Two ways, depending on what you bought:

• ✓Cold plunges, saunas, and anything big:curbside LTL freight. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to book a delivery window (usually about 4 hours). The truck's liftgate lowers your pallet to the curb or the end of your driveway — that's where the carrier's job ends. Plan on 2–4 people (or a dolly / pallet jack) to move it to its final spot. If your crate is longer than about 92", the truck may not carry a liftgate for it — we'll flag that before you order so you can line up a forklift or grab it from the freight terminal.
• ✓Chillers and portable units: these ship parcel (UPS/FedEx) straight to your door. No appointment, no freight truck.

What delivery includes (and what it doesn't)

We want you to know this up front, because a lot of sites don't. Standard delivery is to the curb or driveway. It does notinclude carrying the unit inside, up stairs, unboxing, leveling, plumbing, filling, or hooking up the chiller. That's the industry standard for cold plunges and saunas, and it's how every honest retailer in this space delivers.

The good news: setup is quick and DIY. Most plunges are position-fill-plug-and-plunge. Some saunas assemble in 30–90 minutes; barrel saunas take longer. We text you through every step— that's the part we're actually good at. Sauna heaters and any 240V chiller need a licensed electrician, which you'll arrange locally.

Inside / white-glove delivery

We don't offer inside or white-glove delivery, and we won't pretend to — we're not going to promise a crew that shows up to carry your tub inside, level it, and fill it, because that isn't a real service in this category and no manufacturer we carry provides it. Lead times

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days and land about 2–3 weeks after you order, depending on the product and where you are. Built-to-order items (some Dundalk plunges, certain saunas) run longer, and we'll tell you the real window before you buy. You'll always get tracking.

Inspect before you sign

On any freight delivery, look the crate over before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and snap photos. If there's concealed damage, text us within 48 hours with pictures and we'll make it right. Refusing a delivery without a damage or error reason can trigger a carrier restocking fee, so text us first if anything looks off — we'll sort it fast.
