I was on the fence about investing in a chiller since ice is cheap, but glad I did. This thing gets COLD fast and holds the temperature even in our Texas heat, though our tub is under shade. Was pretty simple to set up and the unit runs quieter than I expected. I pair it with a stock tank and works great.
Have enjoyed this for almost a year. Consistently works well and not very noisy. Have not used it outside in the elements.

The plunge tank is amazing how well it is built and insulated! In the heat of summer the tank easily maintains a temp of my set of 45 degrees F. My complaint is the seat is too high not allowing the user to sit and submerge to the ears.

Got this a few weeks ago and have been using it four to five times a day. I am a very active and train almost every day. I have used a sauna for years, but the cold plunge has helped eliminate inflation and pain from a shoulder and elbow injury. I am also sleeping better than before plunging and have notice more energy and am starting to look forward to using the plunge. Results exceed my expectation.
Super convenient! The block of ice are huge but you need like 4 of them for the water to be freezing. These have lasted me a while now. Definitely much more worth it than buying a water cooler for $1000+. Good price and a good deal!

First ever cold plunge tub and really pleased with it.
I received my tub very quickly but unfortunately had an issue with my drain tap. I emailed them about it and received an immediate response and a replacement part the following day. Keep up the fantastic customer support, you deserve to do well.
I got this for my husband for Fathers Day and we both use it regularly. It was easy to put together and the size is perfect for us. So far we have not had any leaks. The bottom does get VERY slippery if it’s not cleaned regularly. Other than that it’s great!
The first tub I received was a lemon and leaking water and the pillow is useless, for that I knocked off 2 stars. However Plunge Junkies did send me a new one pretty fast after one email. The new one works great and they seem pretty solid after using it now for several weeks.
It’s very easy to put together and break down to store. If you’re in a warmer climate you’ll have to add ice often to cool it down. Perfect for finding out if cold plunging is right for you.
Overall a great purchase. Pros: Hits my desired temp of 40F no problem. The heat and ozone filtration work very well. Very quiet and the mobile app is a nice addition. Negatives: Took a little longer than I had hoped to ship (4 weeks) and it was throwing an E11 error when I got it, however support here helped me figure that out quickly.
Made my purchase about 2 months ago, and I really love the way it looks in my home gym. I did have an issue with the chiller right after unpacking it which was really annoying for the cost. That being said, I called this site and with a little back and forth they helped me fix the problem.

Shipped incredibly fast, got it a few days after ordering which blows my mind. I got the gray color and man this thing looks slick. It’s very quiet to use. Been using it for about 2 months and holds my plunge temp of 45F no problem even sitting outside down here in the southern summers, might jump down to 40 soon. Before pulling the trigger I pestered their customer support for like 2 weeks via text with questions about this and another tub and they were incredibly helpful.

3 Month Update: Been plunging 4 to 5 times a week for the last few months. So far, I haven't experienced any leaks or overall quality issues. I attached two photos of it empty after cleaning it, still in great shape. I add a cup of food-grade hydrogen peroxide to the water weekly and performing a thorough cleaning and draining once a month. I'm 6' and 215 pounds, I find I can comfortably sit cross-legged with the water level reaching my neck. Been freezing water in Tupperware for ice and find doing it in the morning requires less time and ice to cool the water. Based on my experience, I would still recommend this product to others.
Well made, appears to be good material. A lot bigger than I thought it would be which is great. I'd rank it 4.5, knocking half a star off cause the little pillow included is impossible to blow up, which I wouldn't use anyways but its funny its included. But the rest of the setup is great.
Have had no issues with it, I use it every other day. Its not that hard to get the water in the low 50s where I like to plunge at. I use a bucket of freezer ice and bunch of ice packs and let it sit for a bit.
Been using daily after workouts and have definitely been less sore the next morning. Great way to kickstart my day - works better than a cup of Folgers.

Upgraded from a 1/3HP aqua after my pump burned out and its a night and day difference. Easily holds my 100 gallon tub at 45 degrees, is significantly more quite compared to my old one, and seems quite durable. Support at Plunge Junkies was amazing. They answered a lot of questions for me and it arrived within a week of ordering.
My chiller was delivered in 6 days. Installation took about 20 minutes with all the connections and it works great. Very satisfied.
Really like the tub, it was pretty quick setup and has a bit more space than I thought. Has a just slight cushiony floor which is very nice.

I'm pleased with my ice pod so far. I’ve had mine about 2 weeks and keeping it cold is a bit of a challenge during Texas summers, but the unit does offer some resistance. Starting at 42-45 degrees in the morning with ice, it typically reaches around 65 F by nightfall so it only drops about 20 degrees in 12ish hours. I'm definitely curious about the getting a chiller. Ordered on a Monday and got it on a Thursday, so they ship very fast.
Got this ice bath about 3 weeks ago and my BF and I love it! It has a ton of room and was easy to set up. I was scared it won't fit my boyfriend (who is 6f4) and he has lots of room. Even my cool cat seemed interested while we were setting it up lol
We love our Sauna. It is beautiful! Delivery went smoothly and it was well packaged and of high quality. We are in our 60's and found it very easy to assemble. We would highly recommend.

Love my chiller and I really appreciate the help ya’ll provided. I wanted to build my own DIY ice bath because I’m tired of making ice every night. I had absolutely no idea how to set hook this up to my stock tank after buying it and they helped me with every step from sourcing adapters to drilling the holes. They even emailed me a hand drawn diagram lol. Thank you again for all the help, I love my new ice bath setup!
I received my chiller on time and the set up was easy. I will say that Plunge Junkies answered all my questions quickly---until I purchased the unit--then crickets. So I would say I am not sure how any follow up will go. But for now allmis good.

Been plunging in my little Rubbermaid tub for about a year and was so tired of dealing with ice. With the warmer weather coming up I needed a chiller. A lot of places to buy chillers online, decided to buy it here because they actually responded to my questions right away and I was extremely satisfied with the help they provided. Great customer service, and got it within a week. When I get the funds I’m going to buy my Ice Barrel here.
