The Penguin Cold Therapy Chiller with Filter Kit, sized to slot into the Flow's concealed chiller bay. 7,500 BTU/hr cooling, 3/4 HP compressor, R32 low-GWP refrigerant, built-in pump, and a 10 ft GFCI cord. Runs on a standard 110-120V 15A GFCI household outlet at about 56 dBA. Holds water in the low 40s F under typical conditions and into the high 30s F under good conditions, for roughly $18 to $28 a month at $0.12/kWh. Drain and store above freezing in winter.

What's the warranty?+
It depends on the brand — every product carries the manufacturer's own warranty, which we pass through and help you file. Dundalk cedar cold plunges carry up to a 5-year residential limited warranty on the tub (parts only); the bundled chiller is typically 1 year. Golden Designs and Maxxus saunas run 5 years on heating elements and electronics, 1 year on the wood. Most other brands are 1–2 years. You generally cover shipping to return a defective part.
