How long does delivery take?+
2–3 weeks from order. Cold plunges and saunas ship curbside LTL freight direct from the manufacturer; you'll get tracking and a scheduled delivery window 24-48 hours before drop-off. Chillers and small items ship parcel.
Is shipping really free?+
Free curbside freight on cold plunges and saunas to the lower 48. The carrier delivers to your curb or driveway; you handle final placement and quick DIY setup (we text you through it), or we can refer a local installer. Chillers and accessories ship parcel.
What's the warranty?+
It depends on the brand — every product carries the manufacturer's own warranty, which we pass through and help you file. Dundalk products are covered by a 5-year residential limited warranty against defects, parts only, with service and labour excluded. On chillers, the Coldture Chiller Pro carries 2 years with filters excluded and the standard Chiller carries 1 year. Golden Designs and Maxxus saunas run 5 years on heating elements and electronics, 1 year on the wood. Most other brands are 1–2 years. You generally cover shipping to return a defective part. What if something breaks?+
Text us a photo. We diagnose it, file the manufacturer warranty claim for you, and expedite the maker's part. Most issues resolved fast.

I received my chiller on time and the set up was easy. I will say that Plunge Junkies answered all my questions quickly---until I purchased the unit--then crickets. So I would say I am not sure how any follow up will go. But for now allmis good.

Fantastic unit. Upgraded from a 1/3hp aqua to this for my 100 gallon stock tank and couldn't be happier. Easily hits my desired temp of 45 and might start plunging at 40 now cause, hell why not? Ya'll need hats or shirts cause I freaking love your website name.
