How long does delivery take?+
2–3 weeks from order. Cold plunges and saunas ship curbside LTL freight direct from the manufacturer; you'll get tracking and a scheduled delivery window 24-48 hours before drop-off. Chillers and small items ship parcel.
Is shipping really free?+
Free curbside freight on cold plunges and saunas to the lower 48. The carrier delivers to your curb or driveway; you handle final placement and quick DIY setup (we text you through it), or we can refer a local installer. Chillers and accessories ship parcel.
What's the warranty?+
It depends on the brand — every product carries the manufacturer's own warranty, which we pass through and help you file. Dundalk cedar cold plunges carry up to a 5-year residential limited warranty on the tub (parts only); the bundled chiller is typically 1 year. Golden Designs and Maxxus saunas run 5 years on heating elements and electronics, 1 year on the wood. Most other brands are 1–2 years. You generally cover shipping to return a defective part. Text us a photo. We diagnose it, file the manufacturer warranty claim for you, and expedite the maker's part. Most issues resolved fast.
